We all know some of the time, getting key intermediates required for MedChem projects are quite difficult. The reason is that MedChem projects are quite dynamic and novel in design. There are very few vendors available around the globe and that too has high lead time and cost. The options left, either it has to be synthesized in-house or one has to wait until the material arrived. That makes pharma R&D slow. In some occasional cases, the quality of material is also not satisfactory, which left working chemist in trouble.
Considering the facts, we have decided to found a company. As the name suggest “ChemAdvin”, which is a constructed word of Chemical Advanced Intermediates. We have started our journey at Incubation Center (Avishkaran, NIPER Hyderabad) from August 2023. We are developing our catalog products and setting our hands on Continuous Flow Chemistry.
Since then, we have developed a handful number of compounds, which we can dispatch on the same day. Those intermediates or building blocks, we don’t have in stock, please let us know. We will synthesize in the fastest possible way and provide you.

Saeed has done Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) in 2013 with Prof. F. A. Khan. He has worked on natural product synthesis, especially marine brominated alkaloids, which were synthesized using substituted norbornenes. After Ph.D., he worked for a year in GVK Biosciences Hyderabad (now Aragen). After that he went for Postdoctoral position at University of Warsaw, Poland and worked with Prof. Zbigniew Czarnocki for a year on Organocatalysis, especially chiral guanidine catalyst. Thereafter, he moved to Umeå University, Sweden and worked with Prof. Christian Hedberg and Prof. Constantin Urban on MedChem project for two and half years, which focused on hyphal blocking in Candida albicans.
After returning back to India, he joined Jubilant Chemsys Noida (now Jubilant Biosys) and worked for five years on various FFS and FTE projects with national and international clients. Along with that he has also established Flow Chemistry in JDDS-Jubilant Biosys as the technology addition in Organic Synthesis.
With his overall experience, he felt and has a deep desire to apply available technologies and new inventions in chemical synthesis to make the process safer and better.
